SAMUEL D BARTLETT - Son of Odin, Lord of the Runes, Vitki, Gothi, Asatruar, Clairvoyant, Warrior, Medium, Writer, Skald, Philosopher, and Guardian of Midgard.
After working for more than two decades as government employee and rising through the ranks of the political world to move among the corridors of power in Canberra, I have seen, acknowledged and accepted the truth of our world, and my mission in it.
I have embraced the path of Heiðinn (Norse Paganism), embodied through the nine noble virtues of Asatru, the Norse belief system, of courage; discipline; fidelity; honour; hospitality; industriousness; perseverance; self-reliance and; truth.
Like Odin before me, I have earned the power of the runes, a system of language, divination and magick hailing from the ancient North of Europe almost 2,000 years ago.
In addition to the runes, I have a strong connection with a number of gods, spirits and other ‘guides’, that assist me in guiding others through the WYRD.
While the path of Heiðinn is my calling, I also draws knowledge and wisdom from other belief systems including Gnostic, Hermetic, Rosicrucian , and Egyptian traditions.
